Expert Advice Source’s investigation showed that many sellers of e-cigarettes are engaged in deceptive billing practices. For instance, some offered a free or low-cost “trial” of electronic cigarette kits but failed to mention that a monthly recurring fee would be automatically charged to the unsuspecting customer’s credit card.

During the same investigation, Expert Advice Source determined that not all sellers were engaged in such practices. One seller is an honest and reputable dealer that does not engage in such practices.
